Warranty & Returns
Warranty Policy

We are committed to ensuring that customers receive a quality product. GRIP2 umbrellas carry a limited lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship.

To activate the warranty, the product owner must register the umbrella within 30 days of the purchase date by completing the warranty card that comes with the umbrella and returning it, along with a copy of the purchase receipt, to the following address:

If the umbrella should fail at any time due to defects in material or workmanship, the registered owner must contact us to verify that failure is covered by the warranty and to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Office hours are MON-FRI from 9:00am – 5:00pm EST. Our phone number is (407) 440-2924. If the product failure is covered by the warranty, we'll instruct the owner to ship the umbrella to us using the carrier of their choice. The umbrella owner is responsible for return shipping charges, and all shipments must be pre-paid by the owner.

GRIP2 LLC will determine at its sole discretion if a warranty return item will be repaired or replaced. Replaced items will be of a color and model that is the same as or similar to the returned item.
30-Day Return Policy

Any purchase may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. If you choose to return an umbrella for a refund for any reason within 30 days from the purchase date, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number. The umbrella should be shipped pre-paid by the owner to the address above. Packaging shall be consistent with the packaging used by GRIP2 LLC to ship the original product. GRIP2 LLC will not accept COD shipments and will not be responsible for any shipping charges for any returns. The returned product must be in like-new condition and suitable for resale. All refunds will be made in the original payment method.

No refundable returns will be accepted beyond the 30-day period from the date of purchase. The 30-day time frame is determined from the date of initial purchase to the date of shipment; proof of shipment by a qualified carrier is required.
