General Policy: Your GRIP2 order can be shipped directly to you or your designated recipient in the United States. At this time we do not ship outside of the US. Items will be shipped to US addresses via FedEx or UPS. Default shipment is Standard Delivery (Ground). Expedited (express) shipping is also available at additional cost. Your shipping costs are the same rates charged to us by FedEx or UPS.

About Your Shipment

Items in stock ship the next business day (Monday through Friday excluding holidays).
Items not in stock ship as soon as they become available.
Regardless of the shipment method, you will receive an order confirmation email that will advise you of the estimated shipment date on your order and of any backordered item.
Your confirmation email will contain a tracking number that you can use to track the shipment on the carrier's website.
Standard Delivery orders typically arrive within 3-6 business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays). Rural areas may require additional time for delivery.
Shipment receipt dates are estimates provided by our carriers. Unexpected service delays (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, holiday season, etc.) that are out of our control may be experienced.
For shipments outside the United States, GRIP2 LLC will NOT be responsible for any customs, duties or taxes charged. These expenses are the buyer’s responsibility.
