G2 SELECT
The G2 Select model builds on the original G2 Classic model by adding a selection of grip colors and finishes. We’ve also implemented a removable tie strap that GRIP2 owners (or resellers) can easily and conveniently decorate themselves (embroidery, transfer imprint) for personalization. - Warranty Policy
We are committed to ensuring that customers receive a quality product. GRIP2 umbrellas carry a limited lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship. To activate the warranty, the product owner must register the umbrella within 30 days of the purchase date by completing the warranty card that comes with the umbrella and returning it, along with a copy of the purchase receipt, to the following address:
GRIP2 LLC - Warranty Registration 3416 Shader Rd., Suite 110 ORLANDO FL 32808 If the umbrella should fail at any time due to defects in material or workmanship, the registered owner must contact us to verify that failure is covered by the warranty and to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). If the product failure is covered by the warranty, we'll instruct the owner to ship the umbrella to us using the carrier of their choice. The umbrella owner is responsible for return shipping charges, and all shipments must be pre-paid by the owner. - 30-Day Return Policy
Any purchase may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. If you choose to return an umbrella for a refund for any reason within 30 days from the purchase date, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number. The umbrella should be shipped pre-paid by the owner to the address above. Packaging shall be consistent with the packaging used by GRIP2 LLC to ship the original product. GRIP2 LLC will not accept COD shipments and will not be responsible for any shipping charges for any returns. The returned product must be in like-new condition and suitable for resale. All refunds will be made in the original payment method. No refundable returns will be accepted beyond the 30-day period from the date of purchase. Grip 2 Umbrellas
GRIP2 umbrellas feature a slidable, ergonomic "power grip" that can be located & locked anywhere on the shaft, giving you tremendous leverage against wind - using one hand! No more grabbing the skinny shaft, which quickly causes fatigue in the fingers/hand/ wrist. Greater control helps you stay comfortably dry in windy conditions. In calm conditions, position the power grip where it's most comfortable – for you. And with the grip higher on the shaft, the umbrella feels lighter because it's being held closer to the natural balance point. The slidable grip is also used to auto‐open and manually close the umbrella. Control, comfort, and convenience mean unmatched performance!
